I had the privilege of doing 12 weeks of NLP with Chris 🌸. From the very beginning I felt Chris being confident and fluent in NLP. Before enrolling I thought I knew something about my feelings and their background however I was greatly mistaken in a good way. During the process I realized that I definitely did not have a slightest clue about what is going on underneath the mundane emotions and how the core wounds were affecting my everyday life in such a massive way. Session by session it became easier to see what is behind certain things. Meanwhile, as I describe it, the useless rubbish patterns were removed and I have had more peace and calm in my life. I have been extremely rigid prior to working with Chris and now have a kind of mental freedom I haven't had at all in my entire life, which is all new for me and astounding really. I’m letting it be and letting it go. I’m no longer trying to change it, fix it, or shape it into something different. I’m accepting it exactly as it is. And in doing so, I’ve found a profound sense of freedom. For so long, so many aspects of my life have revolved around the need for me to constantly change, adjusting, adapting, reshaping myself just to be accepted, to be approved. But approved by whom? And for what? What if, for once, I didn’t have to be the one who keeps changing? What if I was enough just as I am? What if I was the first to say: I am okay. I don’t have to alter myself to fit someone else’s standards. I am already whole. And that’s exactly what I’m choosing to do. The beautiful thing about this process is you get to "re-decide" the choices you made unconsciously and choose a new way that supports you now and in the future. It's my very strong gut feeling that the NLP program has been the most effective thing I have done for my emotional and mental health in my entire life. I am immensely grateful for having met Chris. He’s guided me through so many deep coaching experiences that have been literally - yes, I mean literally - life changing in just 12 weeks. I think one of the biggest achievements (and I’m using this as an umbrella term for multiple of the things that he’s helped me improve substantially) in my life that Chris has guided me towards is a palpable, tangible AF sense of flexibility. So, what do I mean by that? I mean that I can most of the time choose how to respond in situations where before I used to react instead. Like what, specifically? For example, I relate differently to male figures, no longer putting them on a pedestal as I used to before - you can easily see how that can lead to a massive shift towards the better in my relationships with the opposite sex, right? I have more compassion towards myself and implicitly, with those around me. I can look people in the eye and be my authentic self, whatever it is that I do. This means I can connect with and hold space for myself and others, and, at the same time, recognize when boundaries are necessary, and have no trouble asserting them. I am more confident in myself and my competencies and more daring and action-taking when it comes to pursuing my dreams - which I used to be scared of and procrastinate on, before. A re-imprint is a deep dive into oneself. Chis Leddy shows an apt skill in leading the process with clear, calm instruction. I approached Chris for a 1 on 1 session because I had some post covid trauma. I would “go back” to my hospitalisation and the fear of serious injury or something worse could happen, whenever I got a cough, or even when another person was ill. I felt trapped in this fearful and stuck place. By doing an NLP reimprint we transformed the traumatic experience with resources that I needed then. Through the process we “re-programed” the experience. Remarkably, I haven’t once experienced the trauma since the re imprint and it's been several months. It’s as though the link to the trauma has been removed. It’s only in writing this review that I am reminded, and surprised to observe that, the process has completely re-programed the situation and that I am now liberated from it. The fact that this one session has managed to shift my trauma leaves me thinking, what else is possible, how else can NLP enable me to grow and improve in my life? I’m now looking into it. Why this is not like traditional therapy or personal development?

What is a session like to experience 

Our sessions are conducted online, so you can experience the transformation from the comfort of your home, using just a laptop or mobile phone with a working camera. Once the process begins, you’ll spend about 95% of the time with your eyes closed, as we gently guide you through each step. This immersive experience allows you to deeply connect with the process, tuning into your inner self without distractions.

How you respond to the sessions can vary based on your unique needs and the challenges you're addressing. Some may experience profound euphoria, a sense of deep peace, or even a surge of energy. Others might feel a wave of tiredness as the body processes the shifts with new found perspective. It’s also common to experience a release of emotions—sometimes heavy —as you let go of deeply held blocks or burdens. These releases can feel like a weight has been lifted and bring a great sense of relief. Regardless of the shifts, taking time to reflect, process and allow the integration to happen with a walk, journaling or engaging in other self care activities, will help you process the change.
